When we needed to move I told my husband I know the perfect person to help us. Michelle made the whole process of buying our new home a super smooth and easy process. If I had a question she was quick with an answer. That care and dedication has carried over to the selling of our old home. I would recommend Michelle to anyone and everyone looking to buy/sell their home.

Just wanted to brag on our realtor, Michelle Pries. Michelle is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, so the buying process was seamless. Her willingness and flexibility, made it easy for me to meet with contractors at the new office ahead of closing. And it's obvious she enjoys helping people, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

Michelle was beyond excellent from the very beginning to the very end. She met us to view houses as soon as we asked, had great knowledge of each house when we got there, and truly got to know us as a couple. She wasn't just trying to sell a house and make a profit. She wanted us to find our dream house and was determined to get us there no matter how long it took. She did this with amazing patience and resolve. We do not have enough words to convey how wonderful she was and how much we appreciated all her time and efforts. We both will recommend her 150% to anyone we know that is hoping to find a house. Michelle is the consummate professional who is always anticipating the next step in the process. She made our selling process simple and worry free. While the distance made it difficult, she helped us maximize our time while we were in the the area so that our search for a new home was efficient and was always available to fit our schedule.

We loved working with Michelle. From the start, it felt like working with a good neighbor. And now she actually is (the lot was in her subdivision)! She connected us with contractors, water specialists, and other community supports. She has worked in the Cedarburg area for a long time, knows everything from mound systems to new builds, and worked seamlessly with the sellers and our builder. We are so grateful to have worked with her and now to be her neighbors.
